Welcome to Karate Buzz, the aim of our site is to give you a wide range of information and topics all focused on Wado Ryu karate.
In this website you should be able to find lots of information about Wado Ryu karate. This includes the history of Wado Ryu and how Hironori Ohtsuka was influenced by his own experiences of martial arts how he started to develo his own style after seeing the work of Gichin Funakosh.
On our site you will also find some advice and guidance on the gear and equipment you might need or will come across when training. This includes the Karate Gi (Suit) and any protective equipment.
We have also included some videos of karate experts from around the world. From my own experience of karate I have seen slightly different ways of practitioners applying the same techniques, and its always good to see how other people practice this wonderful martial art. Some of the videos include great pioneers in Wado Ryu including Tatsuo Suzuki, the man who brought karate to Europe and founded the Wado International Karate-Do Federation.
